1. Motor equipment
Power equipment must be checked every day, and the normal supply of fuel, oil, medium and cooling water should be ensured; the belt should be tight and suitable, without peeling, rupture and other damage; all protective devices are safe and reliable, no damage. Control cables and prime mover controls must be checked every day.
2.Dedicated tools

High pressure parts assembly and disassembly shall use special tools provided and recommended by the manufacturer.
3. Anti-freezing measures 

When the equipment is used in cold environment, anti-freezing measures must be added, the concrete method is: remove the spray gun (nozzle), insert the outlet pipe into the water supply tank, turn on the machine to cycle, so that the antifreeze can circulate in the equipment pipeline.
4. Nozzle
Before the sprinkler is installed, apply water to scour the equipment pipeline to ensure that the nozzle is free of blockage and damage, the nozzle connection thread is intact and no damage; all damaged jet parts must be repaired or replaced before operation.
5. Valve
Before operation, the control valve, pressure regulating valve (relief unloading valve), safety valve must be checked to ensure that it is clean and good performance, to regularly test the various valves, timely repair or replacement of damaged parts of various valves.
6. Electrical equipment 

Special protection shall be given to electrical equipment. Before operation, all electrical boxes, joints, knobs, cables and instruments and instruments must be checked for damage; such inspection should be routine once a day to ensure that the operation is not damaged by erosion such as water or abrasive; all wire joints should be properly placed; and the motor must be checked for correct steering after initial wiring or after each rewiring.
7. Trailer
Check the support, connection and wheel (tire) of the trailer before each operation to keep it in good condition.
8.Water intake

Before starting the machine should check the pump inlet low pressure pipeline, the high pressure pump can be equipped with the front pump to ensure a certain water pressure and appropriate flow of water; during the operation there should be a water tank adequate water supply, water tank without rust and no dirty. The filter must be checked regularly to ensure it is free from clogging and damage. When checking and replacing the cleaning filter, strictly prevent the solid particles from entering the pump and nozzle through the intake pipe. The filter accuracy and filter area of the filter screen should be adapted to the requirements of the equipment for water quality and quantity of water.
9. Hose assembly 

Hoses and joints are very important for the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to check whether the outside of the steel wire broken, there is any damage caused by pressure or wear, etc., there is no bubbling caused by internal rupture, etc.

It focuses on the daily maintenance of the shock absorber cleaning machine, so in fact he is also divided into three daily maintenance, is divided by grade:

a) Level 1 is the routine maintenance done by the operator, including regular inspection of the normal working condition of the parts and components, whether the connectors and fasteners are installed correctly and in good condition to ensure that there are no faulty parts in the equipment;
b) Level 1 is the periodic inspection of components such as valves, joints and spray guns in the equipment, which can be performed by the operator under the guidance of professional technicians in accordance with routine maintenance procedures;
c) Level 2 is the overhaul of pumps and essential parts of the equipment, which must be carried out in accordance with the prescribed procedures and in accordance with the requirements of the equipment manufacturing plant, with professional and technical personnel to complete the work.
