Acids commonly used in automatic degumming agent cleaning

Acid is the most commonly used chemical agent in automatic degumming agent to treat dirt on metal surface. Acids commonly used in cleaning include inorganic acids, organic acids.

2.1 Inorganic acids commonly used in cleaning

Sulphuric acid is a hydrate of sulfur trioxide and is a colorless viscous liquid.

Acids used for chemical cleaning generally have a mass fraction of more than 15% and are usually diluted with 95~98% concentrated sulfuric acid

(2) Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is an aqueous solution of *** gas, and at 15℃*** hydrochloric acid of 42.7%(mass) can be produced with maximum solubility in water. concentrated hydrochloric acid sold on the market is 37.2%(mass).

Hydrochloric acid is used as cleaning liquid for cleaning dirt on the surface of stainless steel and aluminum. Because hydrochloric acid has strong corrosion effect on many metal materials such as iron and steel, corrosion inhibitor should be added in hydrochloric acid to ensure that the equipment is not corroded.

I. Water requirements

Generally speaking, the flushing water in the process of cleaning with automatic degumming agent can be used with fire water. Alkali washing, alkaline water washing, acid washing, acid after water washing can also be used with fire water, industrial water these are OK; but in rinsing and passivation cleaning should choose desalted water. Automatic degumming agent in cleaning water is best colorless and transparent, if the fire water acrobatics will affect the cleaning effect, it can not be used.
